Payment in the form of check, money order or PayPal.com is due when the order is placed. I ship Priority Mail, which costs $7.95 and includes insurance. New York State residents please include sales tax.
Satisfaction is, of course, guaranteed. If you feel your purchase is not up to the quality pictured on my website, you may return it within three business days in its original condition and packaging. (Special orders are excluded.) Your payment, minus shipping and paypal fees, will be mailed within one week.
Special instructions for jewelry repairs. Package your piece carefully in a box to prevent crushing, and ship it by insured Priority Mail. Notify me by email the day you ship. (The Post Office has nifty little boxes for Priority Mail that are just the right size for jewelry, and they are free.) Include a check for the agreed amount of your repair plus $7.95 for return shipping and insurance. Jewelry that doesn’t have an insurance value included will be insured for $50. Always send both earrings, to be polished together after the repair. Repairs are shipped in three to four weeks.
